Universal group of Institutions organized National Conference on Innovations & Developments in engineering  & management to aware the students, young scholars, faculty and staff members about the latest innovations & developments in all core branches of engineering and management and its future importance in the industry. More than 150 delegates and the research scholars came from the different places of the country.The inauguration was graced by the presence of Dr. B.S. Pabla, Dean Extension Services and Consultancy and Professor Mechanical Engineering from NITTTR Chandigarh & Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Chairman, UGI.More than 100 research papers were received in the fields of engineering, basic sciences, management and law, whereas 60 research papers were selected for the final publication. The key note speakers at the moment were Dr. Chander Kant, Professor from Kurukshetra University and Dr. Jujhar Singh, Assistant Professor from PTU .They Shared motivational thoughts on Biometrics Security and Future Vehicles & Alternative FuelsDr. Poonam Syal, Assistant Professor from NITTTR, Chandigarh  also gave information  about the Property Rights various procedures and challenges of Copyrights and Patents.The Best Paper awarded at the moment was Investigation Performance of Vibration Assisted Electric Discharge Machining presented by  Abninav .Chairman ,UGI, Dr. Gurpreet Singh said at the moment that this Conference has attempted to bring in concert illustrious academicians, researchers, experts and professionals with their precious inspection on the topics, on a common podium.
