He described him as a visionary Police Chief, who will be remembered for his leadership qualities and innovative measures.Mr. Rajendra thanked the officers present on the occasion from Police, Civil Administration, Army and para-military forces for their cooperation in delivering the services for betterment of the State and Nation.
