Hitting hard at Naeem Akhtar, former minister and DPN Supremo has said that the decisions of education minister lack logic and conviction. He said that the announcement regarding holding of annul examination in November has put the students in further mental stress thereby endangering their life.In a statement issued to KNS, Mir has regretted the loss of precious time of students during last three months of turmoil. He said that our students are undergoing tremendous pressure for which the government is duty bound to take positive steps so that these students are not pushed to wall. “The futuristic capabilities and the competitive capacity in the students has got a sever dent”, said DPN Chief. He expressed hope that the teaching community will rise to the occasion and help the students in covering the syllabus. GH Mir has suggested the government to start preparations for extending the academic session during winter by providing all logistic support. He demanded the deferment of exams till March so that the students get enough time to prepare for exams. (KNS)
