Minister for Education Naeem Akhter today clarified that compensation package already exists in the State, and Government cannot change it.Intervening during Zero Hour, the Minister said that many soliders, and policemen have laid their lives for maintaining peace in the State which Government values.He said Government has a set policy on the compensation for police personnel, and to change it needs a proper debate in the House.The Minister urged the people to work to maintain peace and harmony in the state. He assured the Government would do everything possible for the families of the deceased police men who were killed in Anantnag few days ago.
