Expressing concern over the violation of human rights in disputed Jammu Kashmir, Muslim League has said that Indian tall claims are nothing but a hoax and in fact India is a Hindu state and it wants to hinduise its minorities. As a part of public campaign, Muslim League spokesman Mohammad Rafiq Ganai addressed a Friday congregation at Jahangir Chowk Srinagar. In a statement to KNS, he said that Mufti Sayeed regime is on path of a war against the pro-freedom people that is why it placed Muslim League chairman and resistance icon Masarat Alam Bhat behind bars immediately it took over.Later on Mufti government started an arrest spree throughout the valley and till now hundreds of leaders and activists have been booked under fake cases including Assadullah Parray, Manzoor Lelehari, Hakim Showkat, Zahore Ahmad Kanna and Mairaj ul din Nanda of Muslim League.

People are not even being allowed to raise their voice through peaceful protests and restrictions are being imposed almost every week. The pro-freedom leaders and activists are being chased by police and their relatives are being harassed. This all, he said is being done on the behest of Sangh Parivar which has categorically asked Mufti either to crush pro-freedom Kashmiris or quit.Mufti Sayeed has decided to crush the people and till date it has registered hundreds of fake cases against youths. He said that harassing our youth is a tactic adopted by New Delhi from its ideological partner Tel Aviv.He strongly condemned the latest arrest spree and using of force against the common people at old city areas, Zainakote, Narebal etc in particular and in the whole valley in general. The Muslim League spokesman however, pledged to take the freedom struggle to its logical conclusion despite all sorts of tyranny.
