Minister of State for Finance and Planning, Ajay Nanda inaugurated two transformers of 100 KVA and 63 KVA each at Sundrani and Seen Brahmana villages.While speaking on the occasion, Minister said that the government is making concerted efforts to improve basic amenities for the people and developing power infra to augment power supply is getting focused attention.Meanwhile, he also visited village Dhanoo and held a public meeting, during which the people of the area apprised him of their issues pertaining to augmenting water supply, roads and scarcity of staff in different educational institutions.The Minister gave a patient hearing to the problems and demands of the people and asked the concerned officers to resolve the genuine problems of the people at the earliest. He also directed to organize awareness camps for creating awareness about the various Government schemes among the people.Among others, X-En PHE Ashok Sharma, officers and officials of PDD and other departments were present on the occasion.
