BSF reportedly kills Bangladeshi

Border Security Force of India reportedly torture to kill a Bangladeshi indigenous  youth along Parsha frontier in Naogaon district early Thursday.The victim was identified as Jaria Murmu, 30, son of Som Murmu of Manharpur village under Parsha sub-district in Naogaon district.Lieutenant Colonel Rafiqul Islam, commanding officer 14 Border Guard Battalion told journalists that Jaria went to the frontier along with others to bring cattle.‘The BSF of Jagjitpur camp chased Bangladeshis while they were returning home by a boat. The BSF tortured him in the head with a rod after catching him up in which he died on the spot’, the BGB CO added, ‘the others, however, managed to escape’.Body of the victim was recovered from along the frontier by the locals. The BGB protested the act of the BSF and asked the counter force for holding of a flag meeting in this connection.
