District Development Commissioner, Baramulla, Peerzada Mushtaq Ahmad Shah today visited various areas of Sopore Tehsil and inspected Bye Pass Bridge and various other ongoing developmental works.He also visited Sub District Hospital Sopore and checked healthcare facilities being extended to the patients. On the occasion, various Civil Society members and senior citizens met the DDC and highlighted the problems faced by the people of Sopore Town. They sought effective and timely action by the administration in solving the problems. The DDC assured them that issues have been noted and shall be addressed at the earliest.He directed concerned officers and executing agencies to extend all basic facilities to the people of Sopore Tehsil.Among others, Sub Divisional Magistrate Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone, Tehsildar Sopore and other officers accompanied the DDC during the visit.
