Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Showkat Aijaz today chaired a meeting of officers to review the Action Plan of MGNREGA in convergence with other schemes at Mini-Secretariat Ganderbal.Deputy Commissioner held separate and detailed discussions with each concerned department about their proposed works in convergence with MGNREGA for the current fiscal year.Further More, Deputy Commissioner exhorted upon the officers of Horticulture, Fisheries, Sericulture, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Education and other departments to work in tandem with the Rural Development for providing employment as well as creating valuable assets in the district. Assistant Commissioner Development Ganderbal, District officers and all Block Development Officers of the district were present in the meeting.
