A 10th class girl was allegedly raped in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources told GNS Saturday.They said that the 14-year-old girl (Name with held) was kidnapped by a man Mohammad Reyaz (25) of Bonala village of Mendhar last evening when she was returning home from her relatives.“The accused took her to his friend’s house in the neighbouring village and allegedly raped the girl,” they said, adding the victim in the next day morning managed to flee from the house and reached home.After revealing the incident to her parents, who later approached concerned police station and lodged a complaint against the accused in Police Station Mendhar.Confirming the incident, Station House Officer (SHO) Anzir Mir told GNS that they have filed a case under FIR no. 59/2015 uU/S 376 RPC against the accused person.The official said that they have immediately launched hunt to nab the accused.
