Over 63 percent of the more than 13 million voters in Delhi cast their ballot till 5 p.m. Saturday, Election Commission officials said.While the overall turnout across the capital was 63.38 percent, the officials said 63.83 percent of the electorate voted in the central district till 5 p.m.Figures for other districts were: East (65.22 percent), New Delhi (58.7 percent), North (64.29 percent), Northeast (66.44 percent), Northwest (62.05 percent), South (61.7 percent), Southwest (63.68 percent) and West (64.31 percent).
