Adding another feather to its cap in the ongoing membership drive, the Punjab BJP has made another history with the membership drive of the party crossing 10 lacs in the state today.According to state BJP chief, Kamal Sharma, the landmark achieved after the start of the drive on November 17, is a big achievement and is the result of hard efforts put in by the party workers across the state.Sharma said that in this drive, party has got stupendous response in rural areas across the state and especially in young section of the society that is seeing a new hope in the party after Prime Minister Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister.

He said the due to unprecedented response to the membership drive, the party has managed to touch each and every section of the society and in near future as well, strong efforts would be made to add more and more people from all sections and religion to join the party.

Sh. Sharma also claimed that following direction of the high command, the workers at the grass root level is meeting each and every section of the society and the party’s different wings were also performing the given task with full sincerity.The state party chief said that the party’s different morchas are ready to take next edition of the drive in which the party would achieve the target of making total 21 lakh new members before March 31.
