The University School of Management Studies (USMS), Rayat Bahra University, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Offshore Marketers to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and provide management students with enhanced experiential learning opportunities. Dr. Sunayna Khurana, Dean, USMS, said the MoU was signed by Dr. Navneet Kumar Yadav, Registrar, Rayat Bahra University, on behalf of the university. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar was also present on the occasion.

She said the collaboration aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by exposing students to real-world business practices and contemporary marketing strategies. As part of the partnership, students will benefit from internships, live industry projects, expert interactions, workshops, and skill-development programmes designed to strengthen their professional competencies and improve employability.

The initiative will provide students with valuable hands-on experience while helping them develop a deeper understanding of modern business environments and global marketing trends. University officials said the partnership reflects Rayat Bahra University's continued commitment to nurturing industry-ready graduates equipped with both strong academic foundations and practical expertise.

They added that such collaborations play a vital role in preparing students to excel in an increasingly dynamic and competitive global business landscape.
