Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Sh. Shyam Singh Rana on Wednesday said Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi's visit to Jind on July 17 would mark a significant milestone in the state's development journey. He said the Prime Minister would dedicate development projects worth thousands of crores of rupees to Haryana and flag off the country's first hydrogen-powered train, ushering India into a new era of green and modern transportation.

The Cabinet Minister said Jind would also host its first eco-friendly public rally, generating tremendous enthusiasm among the public and party workers alike. Sh. Shyam Singh Rana said that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh.  Narendra Modi at the Centre and Chief Minister, Sh.  Nayab Singh Saini in Haryana is setting new benchmarks in development.

He said the achievements of the double-engine government have positioned Haryana among the fastest-growing states in the country. Describing the country's first hydrogen-powered train, which will operate from Jind to Sonipat via Gohana, as a matter of pride for Haryana, the minister said the project represents far more than a new railway service.

It symbolizes India's growing commitment to clean energy, environmental conservation and green technology. He added that the hydrogen train would strengthen Haryana's emergence as a hydrogen hub in the country.

Sh. Shyam Singh said the Prime Minister's visit reflects the continuity of record infrastructure investment in Haryana. Simultaneous launch of major projects in critical sectors such as railways, roads, healthcare and tourism would provide fresh momentum to the state's development while accelerating industrial growth, trade, investment and employment opportunities.

The Agriculture Minister said Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini believes not merely in making announcements but in implementing projects within stipulated timelines to ensure that their benefits reach the people. Under Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi's leadership, Haryana is emerging as a model of modern infrastructure, transparent administration and good governance, he added.

He further said the Prime Minister's public rally in Jind on July 17 would send a strong message of development, public trust and people's participation. The day, he said, would be remembered as a golden chapter in Haryana's history, bringing new energy, renewed momentum and fresh opportunities for the state.
