In a significant announcement, he stated that deserving meritorious students facing financial constraints in preparing for the Civil Services Examination would be provided free coaching for IAS preparation so that financial limitations do not hinder talent and aspirations.

Shri Nitish Singla motivated the students by sharing his own experiences and highlighting the importance of discipline, consistency and focused learning. He advised students to avoid distractions, particularly excessive mobile phone usage, and stressed the importance of regular physical exercise, walking and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for academic success and overall well-being.

Ms. Saadgi Malhotra guided the students on stress management, emotional resilience, positive thinking, effective study habits and maintaining a balanced approach towards academic challenges. Dr. Ramneek Sharma encouraged the students to uphold strong moral values, develop a sense of social responsibility and embrace lifelong learning.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who raised several questions on career opportunities, competitive examinations, study techniques, time management, mental well-being and personal development.

It was also announced that students requiring individual career guidance or psychological counselling would be provided one-to-one counselling support to help them make informed academic and career choices.
