Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma today chaired a review meeting to assess progress under the PM TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan in the district and called for coordinated efforts to accelerate the fight against tuberculosis. The Deputy Commissioner reviewed key components of the programme, including TB case detection, differentiated TB care, contact tracing, TB Preventive Treatment, Nikshay Poshan Yojana, Direct Benefit Transfer, the Nikshay Mitra initiative and community participation (Jan Bhagidari) for supporting TB patients.
