As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 campaign being undertaken by the Election Commission of India, noted Punjabi folk singer Hardeep Gill filled the Enumeration Forms for himself and his family members at his residence in Mohali. On the occasion, the District SVEEP Team, comprising District Nodal Officer (SVEEP) Prof. Gurbakhshish Singh Antal, Election Tehsildar Harpreet Kaur, Election Kanungo Surinder Batra and Booth Level Officer (BLO) Pradeep Singh, visited Hardeep Gill's residence and facilitated the completion of the Enumeration Forms for him and his family members.

Hardeep Gill appealed to the residents of the district to ensure that they fill the Enumeration Forms for themselves and all eligible members of their families within the stipulated time. He said that an accurate and error-free electoral roll is the foundation of a strong democracy and every citizen should actively participate in this important democratic exercise and contribute towards making the campaign a success.

Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer, Komal Mittal has appealed to the heads of educational institutions and the general public across the district to contact their respective BLOs or follow the prescribed procedure to get their Enumeration Forms filled and extend wholehearted support to this significant democratic exercise.
