Deputy Commissioner Doda Krishan Lal chaired a meeting of the Rent Assessment Committee to review and assess rent fixation cases pertaining to government-hired accommodations and office spaces across the district.The committee examined 24 cases in accordance with prescribed norms and guidelines, of which 19 rent assessment cases were approved.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the departments concerned to ensure timely submission of requisite documents and expedite disposal of pending cases, emphasising transparency, uniformity and strict adherence to established procedures.Among those present were Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah, Chief Planning Officer Doda, Superintending Engineer PWD (R&B) Doda, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Doda, Chief Medical Officer Doda, Executive Officers of Municipal Committees Doda and Bhaderwah and other officers and officials concerned.
