Actor Sanjay Kapoor, who stepped back from acting after the late 2000s, has opened up about what attracted him to the upcoming revenge drama “Ab Hoga Hisaab.” In a statement, the ‘Sirf Tum’ actor shared insights into his decision to be part of the project.

He highlighted what stood out to him in the story and his character. Sanjay expressed his interest in the film’s intense narrative and how the theme of revenge adds depth and intrigue to the overall storyline. Speaking about the same, Sanjay Kapoor, who portrays the role of Goldy, shared, “What drew me to Ab Hoga Hisaab was the intensity of its characters and the complexity of its world.

One of the things I personally loved about the series is how beautifully it explores relationships and bonds that are deeply personal and relatable to all of us. The story is layered, unpredictable, and full of twists and turns.” Sanjay Kapoor marked a significant comeback to the screen with the 2018 Netflix anthology "Lust Stories."

The revenge drama also stars Shaheer Sheikh, Mouni Roy, Avinash Mishra, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Harman Singha, and Aasheema Vardaan in pivotal roles. Talking about his character Bobby, Shaheer stated, “One of the things that instantly drew me to Bobby was his unwavering sense of loyalty towards the people he loves, especially his brother.

At his core, he is someone who will go to any length to protect his family, and that emotional drive shapes every decision he makes throughout the series. Bringing this journey to life has been incredibly rewarding.” Avinash Mishra, who is marking his streaming debut with Ab Hoga Hisaab, said, “Bunty as a character is very layered, playing him was a rewarding experience, as he is a character with a lot of heart and depth.

I had a wonderful time working with Sanjay sir, Nimrit, and Shaheer, who made this journey truly memorable. As my OTT debut and first project with Amazon MX Player, this series is especially meaningful to me, and I’m excited for audiences to experience Bunty’s journey and the world of the show.” “Ab Hoga Hisaab” will stream for free exclusively on Amazon MX Player from 18th June.
