Reinforcing its commitment to academic excellence and research-driven knowledge dissemination, Guru Nanak Dev University marked a significant milestone with the publication and release of three scholarly books by the Department of Psychology under the patronage of Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Karamjeet Singh.

The books authored by Dr. Rupan Dhillon include "Nurturing Minds: A Comprehensive Guide to Psychological Development and School Counseling" and "Shaping Young Lives: Psychology of Youth Development", while the third book, "Illuminating Minds: School Assessment for Holistic Student Support", is co-authored by Dr. Dhillon and Dr. Balbinder Singh.

These publications collectively address critical aspects of psychological development, adolescent growth, and school-based assessment practices. They aim to provide valuable insights for educators, counselors, parents, and researchers, thereby strengthening the framework for student well-being and inclusive education.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Karamjeet Singh formally released the books and congratulated the authors for their commendable academic contribution. He remarked that such publications reflect the strong research culture and intellectual vitality of the university.

He emphasized that the University has consistently been fostering interdisciplinary research and encouraging faculty to contribute to national and global academic discourse through quality publications. Vice Chancellor further stated that these books will serve as important resources for understanding psychological dimensions of education and will significantly benefit both academia and society.
