To ensure transparency and accountability in revenue related works in Kharar Sub Division Sub Registrar Offices, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mrs Divya P has made it clear that any kind of Overcharging by the deed writers or money in the name of Sub Registrars would be dealt with strictly. Taking separate meetings of the Sub Registrars of Sub Division Kharar and representatives of Deed Writers, she said that as per the Commitment of Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann and directions of Deputy Commissioner, Komal Mittal, the Sub Division Administration is committed to provided the revenue/deed registration related services on the charges fixed by the Revenue Department.

She said that the newly introduced Easy Registry has made the deed registration process more transperant and uninterrupted by making the documents and process online.She said that State of Punjab has already introduced many a services related to deed writing and other, with Sewa Kendra like Deed Registration (Drafting of Deeds, submission of Deeds for pre-scrutiny, appointment, payment of stamp duty and other charges), Request for Mutation (On basis of Inheritance or Registered Deed), Request for entry of Rapats (related to court orders, bank loans / mortgages or remission of bank loans / mortgages), Request for Fard Badar (Correction in Records) and Request for Digitally Signed Fard. One can also get these services by dialling a toll free number 1076 as a part of door step delivery.

he emphasized the Punjab Government’s zero-tolerance policy towards corruption in the meeting and issued clear instructions to all officials to ensure transparent and accountable service delivery. Any official found indulging in bribery or malpractices will face strict disciplinary action, including suspension and FIR registration, she added.
