Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized an insightful Career Guidance Session to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The session featured industry experts Ms. Harkirat from Xeon Stack and Ms. Simarpreet from SCL, who shared their expertise and provided valuable insights to the students.

The speakers highlighted the importance of staying abreast of technological advancements and developing relevant industry skills to remain competitive in the job market. Practical tips on acing interviews and the significance of building strong professional networks were also discussed.

The interactive nature of the event was evident as students actively participated in Q&A sessions, seeking tailored guidance on career planning and preparation. The session proved to be an enriching experience, leaving students more informed and motivated to achieve their career goals.

While speaking at the moment Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director of GJIMT said that in this exceptional kind of workshop students learnt how their actions leave impressions on others. What actually perception is and what perception they leave with people they interact, how an image is created about them and how this image can influence their peers, seniors and others in a positive manner. 

They also leant how to dress to project an image of confidence and capability thereby creating the best impression in the minds of the interviewers which is the first basic step to obtaining a dream job.

Chairman J S Bedi shared that we  try to prepare our students for the global market & such events are helpful for the students to solve the purpose & their holistic development.
