Dr Depinder Kaur has taken over as the new Principal of Government College of Education, Patiala. After taking of the charge, Dr Depinder Kaur who is renowned for her innovative teaching methodologies, said that she would emphasise on maintaining high academic standards in the college, which always remains a beacon of learning and excellence.
She hopes that the college students and faculty will be benefitted with her rich experience in the field of education. Further elaborating her vision, she said she will also emphasise on academic integrity, continuous improvement, and the holistic development of both students and educators. She said she will ensure that student make achievements in every sphere besides academic for their overall development and success.
Dr Depinder Kaur holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She brings over 30 years of rich teaching experience to her role, having taught both undergraduate and postgraduate classes at several prestigious institutions, including Post Graduate Government College, Chandigarh, Government College, Mohali, and Government College, Ropar.
Her extensive experience in teaching, coupled with her unwavering commitment to academic excellence, has greatly contributed to the intellectual growth and success of her students.

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਈਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ, ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸੁਧਾਰ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਬਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਲਈ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ। ਡਾ. ਦੇਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਰਸਾਇਣ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਕਟਰੇਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ 30 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਮੀਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਿਤ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਗਵਰਨਮੈਂਟ ਕਾਲਜ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਗਵਰਨਮੈਂਟ ਕਾਲਜ, ਮੋਹਾਲੀ, ਅਤੇ ਗਵਰਨਮੈਂਟ ਕਾਲਜ, ਰੋਪੜ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
