Baba Harjeet Singh Rasulpur, who started the daily and permanent langar service for the devotees arriving at Ayodhya for the grand inauguration of the Ram Temple on January 22, 2024, has been honored by the Joshi Foundation. On this occasion, the team of Sri Ram Temple Ajj Sarovar Development Committee Kharar honored Baba Harjeet Singh by presenting him with a sword and a ceremonial shawl (Saropa).
Member of the Sri Ram Temple Ajj Sarovar Development Committee Kharar, Mr. Rohit Mishra, informed that Baba Harjeet Singh Rasulpur is the eighth descendant of Nihang Baba Fakir Singh, under whose leadership in November 1858, 25 Nihang Singhs (Sikhs) took control of the Babri Masjid structure, performed a havan inside, inscribed 'Ram Ram' on its walls, and hoisted saffron flags.
Baba Harjeet Singh Rasulpur set up a permanent langar for devotees of Ram at the Ram Temple consecration ceremony on January 22, 2024, in Ayodhya, which will continue indefinitely.Baba Harjeet Singh Rasulpur stated that there is one God, Lord Shri Ram belongs to everyone, and Sikhism is not separate from Sanatan Dharma; our country is one, our blood is one, and we are all children of the same Supreme Being.
