The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Dr. Doifode Sagar Dattatray today visited the shrine of Zati Shahwali at Drugmulla to take stock of on-ground arrangements made for annual Urs celebration.On the occasion, the DC took stock of the arrangements made by different departments for the devotees expected to visit the shrine for Urs celebration. 

He interacted with Auqaf committee members and enquired their feedback about the arrangements put in place by District Administration for smooth conduct of urs at revered shrine of Zati Shahwali sahib.The DC directed the concerned officers to ensure fool proof arrangements on ground so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience.  

He passed on directions to the officers to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply, sanitation, cleanliness, ration supply and other arrangements in place for smooth celebration of the annual Urs at the Shrine.Meanwhile, the DC also paid obeisance at the shrine and prayed for prosperity and good health of the people.

The Urs which is being celebrated every year with religious fervour and enthusiasm will start on 3rd June.The DC was accompanied by DDC Member Drugmulla, Amina Majeed; Tehsildar Drugmulla, EO Municipal Committee Kupwara, AD FCS&CA and other concerned officers.
