Refat Wani, Chairperson Kashmir Servers Foundation (NGO) called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha, at Raj Bhawan today.Ms Refat Wani discussed various issues of public importance with respect to District Kupwara.
Ms Refat also presented her recently launched book "The Melancholic Tales of a half orphan" to the Lt Governor.
