After taking over as Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr. A.H Zargar today chaired the maiden district level meeting to review the block wise achievements of different health services/indicators.
At the outset, the CMO took a detailed review of achievements under the health sector, functioning of health institutions, health care facilities extended to the patients besides indicator wise progress of all health schemes.
The chair also reviewed issues related to the administrative side of the department. Regarding the achievements made under various health schemes, the CMO directed all the BMOs to redouble their efforts to achieve 100% targets in all indicators besides exhorted upon them to work with dedication and get all programmes implemented on the ground which are meant for the benefit of the common people.
Further, CMO added that District Health Society Doda is fully committed and geared up to make all health programmes successful in all medical blocks. The CMO urged upon all the participants to come up to the expectations of the people and focus on quality, accessible & affordable health care services in the District.
The meeting was attended by DIO Doda, Dr. Versha Sharma, BMO Thathri, Dr. Gansham Singh, BMO, Gandoh, Dr. Shafqat Javed, BMO Assar, Dr. Tanveer Ahmed, I/c BMO Bhaderwah, Dr. Varsha Kotwal besides staff of DPMU and BPMU and Section Incharges of CMO Office Doda.
