The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today visited District Library and Civil Services Library and interacted with the aspirants who are utilizing the services of library for preparing Civil Services examination.
He also took stock of facilities available at the Civil Services Library including heating and drinking water facilities. Later, the DC also visited Indoor Stadium at Kulgam and took stock of progress made on its development.
The DC also presided over the capacity building training workshop of Teachers, Masters and Lecturers which was organized by DIET Kulgam. The DC was accompanied by ACR Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz, Tehsildar Headquarter and other officers.
