Dr. Najma Heptulla, the Minister for Minority Affairs has congratulated Chairman of Azgagiya Kadan IAS Academy, a coaching institute in Chennai and Shri Mohammad Ashraf for cracking Civil Services Examination 2013. Shri Mohammad Ashraf, who has undergone coaching from the Academy funded by the Ministry of Minority Affairs under its Free Coaching & Allied Scheme, has come out successfully in the Civil Services Examination 2013. The result of examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, has been declared recently. 

In a letter to its Chairman, Maulana Shamsuddin Qasmi written today, Dr. Heptulla congratulated all concerned on this achievement, on behalf of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India and on her own behalf. Wishing more laurels for Shri Mohammad Ashraf and the institution in the years to come, she said that the success of Shri Mohammad Ashraf is a shining example for the fellow youth of the community in different parts of the country to emulate. This becomes all the more important particularly when the achievement of youths from the community in such examinations is far from satisfactory, she added.
