Chairman Huriyat Conference (M) Mirwaiz Umar Farooq while asking people to make the function being held at Municipal Park on June 20 a success said the youth must take active role in spreading the message of Awami Action Committee (AAC) across valley.Mirwaiz while holding rally across various areas of Downtown urged people to take part in the rally being held on June 20 over the completion of 50 years of AAC. Mirwaiz said the party has always strived for the rights of the people of the land and has rendered immense sacrifices for upholding peoples’ dignity.The Hurriyat (M) chief remarked that Awami Action Committee is struggling for the peoples’ birth right and that the party has always played the vital role for the same.
Mirwaiz’s media advisor Shahid-ul-Islam said all preparations for June 20 rallies have been completed with the people decorating the roads and holding the stalls along the roadside. Hurriyat Conference (M) Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq convened a joint meeting of Hurriyat’s Executive Council, General Council and Working committee members.Heads of all the constituents representing the conglomerate participated in the meeting. The participants took stock of the current political situation including organizational matters besides also having exhaustive deliberations upon the political developments taking part in the Indo-Pak region. The constituent members present in the meeting assured their full support in making the June 20, a ‘mega historical event’.
