A Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was held at OPD Block in Associated Hospital of Government Medical College Doda as a part of Raktdaan Amrit Mahotsav.Chief Medical Officer alongwith Medical Superintendent inaugurated the camp and a large number of civil society members, Students from Degree College and volunteers donated the blood.

The Voluntary blood donation drive 'Raktdaan Amrit Mahotsav', is being organised countrywide from September 17 to mark the birthday of PM.The drive was to continue till October 1, the National Voluntary Blood Donation Day (NVBDD).

Among volunteers who donated blood today include one Professor and 08 Students from Government Degree College Doda and several others.The theme for this year's Blood Donation event is "Donating Blood Is An Act of Solidarity, Join The Efforts And Save Lives".
