Former External Affairs Minister and Member Parliament from Patiala Preneet Kaur along with Biba Jai Inder Kaur today inaugurated the new 28 hundred feet long and nearly 90 feet wide Rajmata Mohinder Kaur memorial park prepared at a cost of Rs 85 Lakhs at Sheesh Mehal, Road (Machi Talaw) Patiala.

Addressing the people of the area and locality MP Preneet Kaur said, "It is my pleasure to dedicate this park to the people today on the special occasion of Rajmata Mohinder Kaur Ji's 100th Birth Anniversary. On this occasion, apart from Mayor Sanjiv Sharma Bittu, Deputy Mayor Vinti Sangar, District President of PLC KK Malhotra, Former PRTC Chairman KK Sharma, Pawan Bhumak, Darshan Baba, Councilor Sandeep Malhotra, Nikhil Batish Sheru, Harish Nagpal, Sonu Sangar, Shammi Denter, a large number of PLC supporters including Leela Rani, Promila Mehta, Nathu Ram, Rajinder Sharma, Harish Kapoor, Sanjay Sharma, Gopi Rangeela and youth leader Anuj Khosla were present at the occasion.
