Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department (SDD), Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, today chaired a meeting at Civil Secretariat here to review the status of grievances/complaints received by the SDD on JK-IGRAMS portal. The meeting was attended by Mission Director, Skill Development Mission, J&K, Leena Padha; Director, Skill Development J&K, Sudershan Kumar; Financial Advisor, SDD, Yasir Sharif, Special Secretary, SDD; Secretary, Board of Technical Education, J&K and other concerned officials both in person and through video conferencing.

Addressing the meeting, Principal Secretary stressed upon the officers to ensure early redressal of grievances received by the concerned authorities so that every benefits of every government scheme reach to public and required feedback is obtained fro same through these grievances. He highlighted that government has keen interest to provide every facilities to the people in transparent and time bound manner.

The Principal Secretary further enjoined upon the officers that redressal of each and every complaint/grievance should be completed on the basis of ground report with involvement of local representatives, so that the complainant gets proper information as well as resolution for same. He impressed upon the officers to address the complaints/grievances under proper rules, regulations and guidelines of the government.
