To mark the celebration of Independence Day, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Jammu and Kashmir, Hirdesh Kumar, hoisted the National Flag in the premises of the Nirvachan Bhawan.The flag hoisting ceremony, among others, was attended by Additional Secretary CEO office, Sandesh Gupta;Deputy Director Information, Akhtar Hussain Qazi; Deputy Election Officer Rajouri, Babu Ram Tandon, besides other officers and officials.
