As a part of 'Har Ghar Tiranga' programme, under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a mega Tiranga  bike rally was taken out in Kishtwar under the initiative of Civil and Police Administration.The rally commenced here from Check Point Malipath and was flagged off by Deputy Commissioner, Ashok Sharma and SSP Shafqat Hussain Bhat.

ADDC Kishtwar Sham Lal; Ad SP Rajinder Singh, ACR Kishtwar Varunjeet Singh Charak, ACP Kishtwar Zakir Hussain Wani, ACD Kishtwar Atul Dutt Sharma, DPO Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal,Tehsildar Kishtwar Pramood kumar, Tehsildar HQ Chander Shekhar Sharma, CEO Kishtwar Sudarshan Sharma, DYSSO Kishtwar K L Sharma,CAHO Kishtwar Dr Sanjay Kumar besides officers and employees of Civil and Police administration and other departments also took part in bike rally.DC and SSP Kishtwar also took part in the rally and led the cavalcade.

The rally passed through main Market, Kuleed Chowk, Sangrambhatta villages and reached Bhandarkoot and later returned back via Poochal, Hatta and Sarkoot Villages and culminated at Dakbanglow after taking a round of the  Chowgan Ground.The rally covered a distance of about 35 KMs and all the participants showed great enthusiasm and patriotic zeal throughout the procession.
