Karan Aujla can easily relate to the situation as he has also lost his parents at a very early age. During an interview, Karan revealed that he has a troubled past. When he was just 9 years old, his father died in a car accident close to Shahkot, Punjab, and three years later, in 2010, he learned that his mother had cancer and had only 8 months to live. As a twelve-year-old child, he found those eight months to be agonising.
