Deputy Commissioner, Kathua Rahul Pandey today conducted inspection of different Government offices in Sub-Division Billawar to check attendance and services being provided to the people.Inspecting different sections of ADC office, Tehsil and Block office, the Deputy Commissioner directed to improve functioning and public service delivery. He directed the staff to remain available to the public and solve their problems and grievances. He further asked to ensure quality disposal of public grievances.
The DC also impressed upon maintenance of sanitation and to start the process of weeding off the unused items lying in the offices. He also called for putting up proposals for renovation and face-lifting of government offices and buildings besides providing a public friendly and congenial atmosphere to the people visiting the government offices.
