Haryana Home and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said that 'it is my job to resolve the applications that come to us and I am working on my job'.He was redressing to the complaints of the people who came across Haryana into the Janata Darbar at PWD Rest House in Ambala today.Home Minister Sh. Anil Vij redressed to the complaints of more than 3 thousand people in detail during the Janata Darbar for more than 6 hours and directed the officials to take action.  In the Janata Darbar, he directed to officers to form an SIT in more than 9 cases and ordered the investigation, while in many cases, after registering the case and asking for the investigation report.  

No action should be taken on Anil Vij's complaint of Mark, it cannot happen: Home Minister Vij

 Home and Health Minister Anil Vij, while redressing to the complaints of the applicants, said that 'it cannot happen that after marking the complaint by Anil Vij, action is not taken on it, his letter works faster than the phone'.

Deny on agreeing to donate kidney, complaint to Home Minister, instructions to register a case

 In the Janata Darbar, a resident of Ambala Cantonment, while giving a complaint to the Home Minister, told that while donating his kidney to a person, he had made an agreement that he would pay the rent of his house while giving him some expenses every month, but he has now deny on the agreement. In this matter, the Home Minister saud that registered an FIR and directed for investigation.  Similarly, while giving his complaint, a youth resident of Panipat said that a person from Panipat had taken Rs 6.50 lakh from him for getting him a job from sports quota.  He neither got the job nor is giving his money.  He alleged that the accused was also preparing forged documents.  On this complaint, by calling the SP Panipat, tracing the phone of the accused concerned and instructed to catch him.

A couple from Panipat, while giving their complaint, told that their son has been falsely implicated in the girl's escape.  Despite complaining to the police in this matter, no action is being taken.  The concerned DSP is not allowing proper action in this matter.  In this matter, the Home Minister lashed out at the DSP concerned and said that 'Azad Hindustan hai, take action'.  Action should be taken against whoever is the accused involved in the case as per rules.A person from Nuh alleged in his complaint that the DSP posted in Nuh district has occupied the land in Nuh.  Despite complaining to the police, no action is being taken.  In this matter, the Home Minister, marking the complaint of the DGP, directed to investigate the matter.

In these cases, SIT was constituted and directed to investigate

A  family who came from Charkhi Dadri told that on March 9, 2018, after killing his son, he was hanged on a tree, despite complaining to the police, no action is being taken against him.  In this matter, the Home Minister directed to form an SIT and investigate it.  A young man who came from Bilaspur said that 6 years ago his sister was married in Bilaspur.  She was murdered in her in-laws' house, in this case the police did not take any appropriate action.  The Home Minister directed the SP Yamunanagar to arrest the accused by forming an SIT and said that no accused would be allowed to roam freely.

 A young woman who came from Adhoi Brara said that she does agriculture work.  She alleged that some people, showing arrogance, cut wheat from his field.  Despite complaining to the police, no action was taken.  In this matter, the Home Minister directed to officers that to form an SIT and investigate it.  A man from Nuh district lodged his complaint about the non-action of the police in the murder case of his father.  In this case, the Home Minister directed SP Nuh to investigate by making SIT. Similarly, in the case of land fraud in Panipat, he directed to constituted an SIT in the matter and investigation.  On the complaint of arrest and non-action of the accused in the fraud case in Rohtak, the Home Minister directed IG Rohtak to investigate the matter by forming an SIT.  Apart from this, Home Minister Vij gave instructions for investigation by forming an SIT in other cases as well.

A woman from Nuh district, despite giving a complaint against the accused in the rape case, no action is being taken.  In this matter, the Home Minister directed to investigate by marking the State Crime.  A person who came from village Kadarpur in Gurugram district while taking possession of his farm land, despite complaining to the police about cutting the plot by the dealer, no action is being taken, instead of taking the reverse action, the police have registered a case against him.  .  In this matter, the Home Minister directed the Police Commissioner to conduct an inquiry.

*Many complainants thanked Home Minister Anil Vij for taking action and said, 'Vij's Janata darbar expects action'.

During the Janata Darbar, many complainants praised the working style of Home Minister Anil Vij and said that 'he hopes for justice and action from Anil Vij's Janata darbar itself'.  The complainants said that they thank the Home Minister for the action taken on their complaint in the past.During the Janata Darbar, the Home Minister said that whatever complaint is sent by him is investigated by the DSP level officer and instructions have also been given to dispose of that investigation within the time period.
