I&C department’s divisional-panel clears subsidy cases

Director Industries & Commerce, Jammu, Anoo Malhotra today chaired Divisional Level Committee meeting of Jammu District for sanctioning of subsidy cases under the State Package of Incentives.The agenda of the meeting for the Jammu District was presented by General Manager, DIC Jammu [Member Secretary] Subah Mehta, for the approval of 100% DG Set Subsidy and 15% Capital Investment Subsidy (Prestigious Unit) cases by the committee.Thereafter, the agenda was discussed threadbare by the committee members comprising Ved Parkash, Joint Director (Dev), Dr. Tabassum, Chief Accounts Officer and Manisha Gupta (Dy. Director) P&S of Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Jammu.The meeting was also attended by the Shahzada Noor Ul Ain, Functional Manager of Directorate of Industries & Commerce and   Parteek Panjathia, Functional Manager, DIC, Jammu.The committee approved four cases of Jammu district pertaining to D.G Set Subsidy and Capital Investment Subsidy amounting to Rs 1.25 crore.The Chairperson DLC stressed upon clearing all pending cases under the State Package of Incentives and directed for conducting the DLC meetings on regular intervals to clear the pendency at DIC level so that the benefits of subsidies can be availed by the unit holders.
