49 More Patients Cured And Discharged From Covid Care Centre, Civil Hospital And Home Isolation

A total of 49 more patients including 13 from local civil hospital, nine from BSF Hospital, 21 from Covid Care Centre in Government Meritorious School were cured and discharged besides six completed their home isolation period today.Now, 1041 patients so far have been cured and discharged in Jalandhar besides the district has now 581 active cases and recorded 32 fatalities.The patients were under the observation of dedicated teams of doctors and nursing staff led by Senior Medical Officers Dr Kashmiri Lal and Dr. Jagdish Kumar in Civil Hospital and Covid Care Center.Meanwhile, six patients completed their home isolation period today. These patients were in isolation at homes under the supervision of health teams and successfully completed their active home quarantine period today.After the discharged, the patients  hailed the sheer commitment and devotion of the doctors, nurses and health workers during the course of their treatment.They said that doctors and nursing staff risked their lives as they used to come and check their health status during treatment. They also appreciated the state government led by the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh for ensuring sufficient arrangements for quality treatment to them.
