On the occasion of World Day Against Child Labour, Governor Bandaru Dattatraya interacted with higher officials of Social Welfare and Labour & Employment Departments. He expressed satisfaction that Himachal Pradesh doesn't have problems like child labour. But, the departments should collect the data and execute survey on the students working during school hours and working after school hours. He also inquired about Girl Labour. The Governor directed the officials to provide locally grown fruits and nutritious food through Anganwadi Kendra, especially in tribal areas. General Secretary, Child Welfare Council Payal Vaidya also briefed about welfare schemes of the State Government.
