Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal Shafqat Iqbal along with SSP Ganderbal Khalil Poswal today conducted an extensive market inspection to review the regulation of the  permissible activities in district Ganderbal which has been classified as Orange Zone by Government of Jammu & Kashmir vide its Order No. 54-JK (DMRRR) of 2020 dated:  19/05/2020.ADC Ganderbal, ASP Ganderbal, Dy SP Traffic, besides other officers/officials from police and civil administration were present on the occasion.DC impressed upon  all the shopkeepers to ensure social distance and use of masks. He also said no vehicle is parked on the roadside. DC also urged them to ensure use of sanitizer by customers  and employees. 'Field checking teams are activated to monitor the implementation of instructions', he said.He further appealed people that all SOPs should be followed with full  responsibility and any violation will be viewed seriously and strict action will be taken against the violators.Meanwhile, DC warned the unscrupulous traders to desist from using  unfair trade practices of cheating innocent customers. He also appealed customers to remain vigilant while purchasing the essential commodities during the festivities.Meanwhile,  the flying squad teams were directed to ensure rate lists are displayed at shops and the essential commodities are sold as per the rate list already notified by the concerned  departments
