The District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kupwara, Anshul Garg today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the functioning of Rural Development Department (RDD).The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Nazir Ahmad Lone, Assistant Commissioner Development, Joint Director Planning, District Panchayat Officer, Executive Engineer REW, BDOs, AEEs, Field functionaries of RDD and other concerned attended the meeting.
On the occasion, the DDC took a detailed review of ongoing works being executed by the Rural Development Department under various schemes.He directed the concerned officers to release the liabilities of completed works and urged for maintenance of labour, material ratio under MGNREGA scheme to ensure transparency and its timely delivery on the ground. He further directed the concerned to ensure timely completion of all ongoing works.
