DC Jammu discusses issue regarding issuance of certificates with SDMs, Tehsildars

Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sushma Chauhan today convened a meeting with officers to discuss the issue related to issuance of various certificates at Tehsildars and Sub  Divisional Magistrates level.Threadbare discussions were held with regard to issuance of various certificates like domicile certificate, EWS certificate and others to general public.  DC impressed upon the SDMs that every effort should be put in place so that the general public doesn't face any kind of inconvenience with regard to issuance of these  certificates especially after reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir.Earlier, Deputy Commissioner also chaired a meeting with officers of concerned departments for the early  disbursement of 34 crore compensation to farmers for damage of their crops so that the affected can be compensated adequately.Among others ACR Vijay Sharma, SDMs,  Tehsildars and other senior officers of concerned departments were present in the meeting.
