Health department kapurthala would observe a three day National Pulse Polio Round from Jan. 19 to jan 21. To spread awareness among general public  Civil Surgeon Dr. JasmeetBawaFlagged off a rickshaw rally today. She said that 83194 children between the age group of 0-5 years would be administered pulse polio drops. She also said that 590 booths would be set up in the district and a total of 80 mobile teams have been constituted for the campaign. District Immunization Officer Dr. Asha Mangat informed that the mikingrickshaw  would visit various areas of city Kapurthala where announcements regarding three day campaign would be made to keep the residents updated.Dio Dr. Asha mangat also said that the all program officers will supervise the teams at block level as per the checklist. Acs Dr. Ramesh KumariBanga, Dfpo Dr. Raj Karni, Ddho Dr. Surinder Mall, DmcDr.SarikaDuggal, Dr. Sandeep Dhawan  were also Present on the occasion.
