DC Kupwara reviews process of distribution of examination forms for 10th, 11th & 12th Class

Deputy Commissioner Anshul Garg today chaired a meeting of officers of Education department to review the status of distribution of board examination forms for 10th, 11th and 12th class. Attendance of teachers and students of primary, high and higher secondary schools across the district was also inquired by the chair.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Farooq Ahmad Baba, Chief Education Officer, Principals of High and Higher Secondary Schools of the district, Representatives of JKBOSE and other concerned.CEO Kupwara informed the meeting that examination forms will be available at all institutions up to higher secondary level and last date for distribution will be 10th of September 2019. On the occasion, DC directed CEO to activate all the field staff and ensure that the distribution of examination forms among 10th, 11th and 12th class students, so that the students across the district would not face any hardship.DC directed the concerned to keep close liaison with students and parents and ensure that no student across the district is left out, and directed the concerned to ensure the attendance of teachers in the schools across the district.DC also directed CEO to conduct meeting with Village Education Committees (VECs) and Private School Associations and ensure the attendance of students at primary level.
