Panthers Party held “One Day Conclave” which was convened to discuss strengthening the organization from bottom to the top in order to activate all our old comrades, friends and dedicated workers, for ensuring justice and Fundamental Rights to all, who have been denied basic facilities available in the Constitution of India.Welcoming senior Panthers Party leaders, District Presidents and prominent activists present in the Conclave at Press Club here today, Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party said “we ready ourselves all, for the forthcoming Assembly elections in the state to elect functional, effective and people friendly government in J&K”. It is hard work and sacrifices of all our active members & selfless activists that JKNPP has grown from a small Movement to big national structure, having District & State Offices in almost every important political area, reminded Panthers Supremo.“Our struggle and commitment is for ensuring One Trinaga from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, the Indian Constitution and One Nation spirit to Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh including areas under illegal occupation of our neighbour for over 70 years”.To fulfill this commitment, the Panthers Party leadership has demanded reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir as confederation of J&K with establishing,  Jammu Pradesh, Kashmir Valley and Union Territory status to Ladakh region as per the will and wish of the residents of the area. This will ensure equitable development of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions, asserted Prof. Bhim Singh. He further said Delimitation of Assembly constituencies was due in 2003 and as such delimitation of the Assembly constituencies has not been held till this day 2019.

This is totally unconstitutional and against the letter and spirit of the fundamental rights of the people, electorates, of all the three regions of the state namely, Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu province.Speaking in the Conclave, Shri Harsh Dev Singh, Chairman, Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia, State President appealed leaders and the party workers to reach to the last man in the village/every corner of the state to explain him JKNPP commitment of ensuring justice at the door steps of each household irrespective of caste, region, community or religion. Panthers Party leaders asserted that it was only JKNPP high command which first raised the need of Delimitation of Constituencies in the State Assembly when they were legislators both in opposition as well the government. It was pointed out that when the bill was brought to stay the Delimitation Commission in the Assembly by NC and Congress, none from BJP legislators raised their finger to this open injustice with the people of J&K, moreso total injustice which Jammu & Ladakh regions.Prominent among the senior leaders were P.K Ganju, Sr. Vice President, Adv.
