Kathua , 07 Mar 2019

Ch Lal Singh today addressed a mammoth gathering at block Barnoti, Dist Kathua. A bike rally was also organized by the Kathua workers of the Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan. Hundreds of the supporters of the DSS participated in the bike rally and gave a rousing reception to the President of DSS. While addressing the gathering Ch Lal Singh strongly criticized the recent policies of the excise department and said that all the leaders of Jammu who are sure that they will never win the coming election have applied for the wine and bar licenses. He appraised the gathering, that the memorandum against this policy of the excise department has been submitted to the DivCom Jammu by the leaders of DSS. Ch. Lal Singh also appealed to the Hon’ble Governor of the state to intervene into the matter and conduct the enquiry against the recent policies of the excise department in which the distance of the new wine shops has been reduced from 300 meters to 100 meters. It looks very strange that, what is the need of the reduction of the distance from meters to feet? It seems that present regime has already decided to destroy the youth of Jammu by making indulging the youth into the habit of the intoxication, he added. He further appealed to the women of the Jammu to get ready for the protests in order to save their children’s from the menace of the alcoholism. DSS is committed for the saving the generation of Jammu and will not allow happening this at any cost.

Ch. Lal Singh also strongly condemned the today’s blasts held at the bust stand Jammu in which numbers of people were injured. He said that DSS takes a very serious note of this and further appeals to the Governor to further examine the matter seriously as this is the second blast happening at the same area. The people of Jammu are paying the price. It also seems that a stong movement with malafide intentions is being created by the black sheep’s and Kashmiri henchman at Jammu. Is seems a deep rooted conspiracy to destabilize the peaceful environment of Jammu. Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu also addressed the gathering and appealed to the masses to the support the candidature of the Ch Lal Singh for the Member parliament from Udhampur Kathua in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. People in voice supported Ch Lal Singh for the MP election and extended full support for Ch Lal Singh.Other who are present from the DSS are, Sh. KD Singh, Sh. Kuljeet Singh, S. Balbir Singh, Rajinder Gupta, Adv. BS Jamwal, Sh. Sudershan Choudhay, Sh. Vikas Dutt, Ms. Navneet Kaur, Adv. Vikrant, Sh. Raju Pehlwan, Vimal Manchanda, Raghav Khajuria and S. Daljeet Singh.
