Government Tuesday ordered transfers and postings of Private Secretaries in various departments.An order to this effect was issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) here today.According to the order, Vijay Kumar Kaul, Private Secretary, presently posted in Tribal Affairs Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.K. K. Ganjoo, Private Secretary, presently posted in Labour and Employment Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Financial Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development Department.G. M. Khan, Private Secretary, presently posted with Administrative Secretary, Technical Education/Youth Services and Sports Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Administrative Secretary, School Education Department.
