The faith of loyalists has shaken in the leadership of the Congress party because of its wrong policies and involvement in various scams. The party workers who had been working hard have been ignored by the Congress leaders and they have finally decided to part its ways. These lines were stated by a Congress party worker, Manjeet Kaur who along with other workers joined the local unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Manjeet Kaur served the Congress party for many years by remaining on various important posts. Breaking its old ties the Congress group led by Manjeet pledged its support to the BJP at an event held at Kamlam, Sector 33, in the presence of the party’s MP candidate, Kirron Kher and State President, Sanjay Tandon.This program was organized by the Convener of Tenement Cell, Deepak Sharma and he was accompanied by the Co- Convener, MD Khan, District President, Devi Singh, Bharat Kumar, Bharat Yadav, Jaswant Jaswal.
The MP candidate, Kirron Kher welcomed the new entrants by giving party’s ‘Siropa’ and expressed happiness over their joining the BJP. She assured them that the party would extend its full support to them.Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Tandon said, “The BJP family is getting bigger day by day. The party’s ideology is spreading like a wild fire among the masses and that is why they are coming to join us.
